Hey there, I'm Lydia Young. My graphic design journey began amidst unexpected life changes at Metro Health Medical Center. Battling rheumatoid arthritis and divorce, I chose to turn these challenges into catalysts for growth. Armed with just a Brother P-Touch label maker and clip art book, I plunged into graphic design, a leap that has evolved into a testament to my unyielding determination.
Minding Your Vision emerged from a moment of inspiration from friends who saw my creative potential. It's not just a business, it's my calling—an opportunity to re-enter the workforce and shape my own entrepreneurial path. My identity is one of empowerment; I'm not disabled, but "differently abled," with unique strengths that fuel my creative approach.
